We are looking for a Full Time Pharmacist to assist with a project at one of our LTC Clients in the Chicago Suburbs
Location
Elk Grove Village, IL
Schedule
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm no weekends
Requirements
- Have experience in evaluating treatment plans
- Able to commit to entire project there is a deadline
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and clinically evaluate information from Pharmacy Technicians when they call in deliveries from patients.
- Complete assessment and document the patients medical record to document patients progress goal.
Compensation
Depends on experience, skill set, availability and distance.
