Inpatient pharmacy of a well known Northeastern Ohio hospital is looking for a night shift Pharmacist to work Monday - Sunday 9:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. There are two technicians on this shift. You would be responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe efficacious prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medication in the provision of pharmaceutical care. Also responsible for filling new IV and oral medications. This is a full-time, permanent position but hospital is willing to consider temp-to-perm. There also will be a training period and once trained, pharmacist will begin visiting the floors. The hospital currently uses Integrated Health System (Intelligent Health) and will be undergoing a computer conversion in the near future to EPIC.
