All pharmacy personnel provided are UNITED Pharmacy Staffing employees, therefore we assume all employer related costs and responsibilities including but not
limited to:
Employee Payroll, Federal and State withholding, FICA withholdings and employer match, Federal and State unemployment contributions, Workers Compensation, Compliance with INS regulations, maintenance of
all employees related documents such as State and Federal required forms, pharmacy licenses and
insurance documents.
